Pickup, Transit & Delivery
Ideally, you should place your order a week in advance to make sure we can work with your required schedule. However, expedited services are also available.
We’re happy to inform you that we can transport non-operational vehicles. However, it’s important to keep in mind that your car must still have the ability to roll, steer and brake properly. To ensure a smooth transport process, please inform our specialists that your vehicle is non-operational.
Our goal is to collect your vehicle within a window 2-4 days after receiving your order, but we also offer expedited services. You won’t be charged a deposit until we have confirmed the pickup date and driver.
Door to door service means that your vehicle will be picked up and dropped off at your preferred location. However, some residential areas may impose limitations on the entry of large trucks.In such cases, an accessible parking lot near your preferred address will be used for the delivery truck.
To speed up the inspection before and after shipment, we recommend you prepare your vehicle for transport. When you book your shipment, we’ll provide you with all the necessary instructions. However, it’s important to ensure that your vehicle is clean and has been inspected by a mechanic prior to the shipment. Here are a few pointers:
– Thoroughly clean your vehicle as a dirty car can hinder the ability to inspect it properly.
– Remove all household goods and personal belongings.
– Provide one set of keys for the vehicle to the driver.
Before shipping, inspect the vehicle and make sure of the following:
– There are no noticeable fluid leaks.
– All fluids are at optimal levels.
– The gas tank contains at least 1/8 tank of fuel, but no more than 1/4 tank of fuel.
– Any non-built-in gadgets such as toll devices are removed.
– Antennas are fully retracted or removed.
– Any non-permanent luggage racks, bike racks, or ski racks are removed.
Unfortunately, no. We kindly ask for a 2 – 4 day window for the pickup. The delivery date will depend on the distance of your shipment. I For your convenience, we will keep you informed about the status, location, and ETA of your vehicle while in transit.
The Department of Transportation regulates overland shipping. We abide by these rules and regulations, according to which commercial drivers can safely drive 500 miles per day. So it takes approximately 7-10 days for a vehicle to be shipped from coast to coast on an open trailer. Enclosed shipping is typically quicker because the delivery route includes fewer stops.
It is generally advised for you or a trusted person to be present at the pickup and delivery location. To ensure that the vehicle is in good condition and to sign the bill of lading, you or a representative designated by you must be present during pick-up and delivery.
Unfortunately, no. The Department of Transportation regulations prohibits transporting household goods within a vehicle. These personal items are not covered by the carrier’s insurance and can interfere with the transport. In addition, they can add to the weight of the vehicle incur additional costs. Items such as tire jacks and spare tires are permitted to remain in the vehicle.
Once your vehicle is assigned to a carrier and your deposit is received, we can provide your with the carrier’s contact info. This way, you can keep track of your vehicle’s location at all times. Typically, drivers will give 12-24 hours notice before picking up and delivering your vehicle. Additionally, you can contact your dedicated representative via phone or email any time. We’ll be happy to provide you with the information you need.

Prices, Payment & Cancellation Policy
The price will depend on your pickup and delivery locations, distance, whether you choose open or enclosed transport, the type of vehicle, and the vehicle’s condition. To get an accurate quote, we recommend speaking with one of our transport specialists and providing them with all the necessary information.
Your final quote is all-inclusive and tailored to your needs. This covers the cost of transportation, door to door pickup and delivery, insurance, taxes, and a dedicated service representative. For oversized or heavy vehicles, additional fees for permits will also be included in your final price. At Beeline Transport we believe in upfront and transparent communication. We will never charge you hidden fees or surprise you with additional costs.
There is no payment due upon booking. We charge a deposit on your credit card once we have fitted you into our schedule and have assigned you a driver and pickup date. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and can be paid to the driver by certified check, cashier’s check, or in cash.
No – Your quote is all-inclusive and covers the cost of your shipment door to door complete with insurance and taxes.
Your quote is good for 30 days. Even if the market rate fluctuates during those 30 days, we will honor your original quote. However, please keep in mind that if your shipping date falls outside of the 30 day period, pricing may be subject to change based on supply and demand.
Yes, it is under certain circumstances. If you cancel your order before a driver is assigned to pick up your vehicle, your deposit can be refunded. However, if you cancel your order after a driver has been assigned, the deposit is unfortunately not refundable.
Carriers & Insurance Coverage
Beeline Auto Transport is fully licensed and bonded. All of our network carriers also carry a liability and cargo insurance policy covers your vehicle in transit.
You do not have to pay extra to ensure your vehicle is covered in transit. Every Beeline Quote includes insurance. Here’s what you need to know:
– Vehicles are insured up to $75,000 on the open carrier and up to $250,000 on an enclosed carrier.
– Your vehicle is fully insured against any damages that occur due to carrier negligence or equipment failure during transport.

Make sure to note all damages on your bill of lading, obtain the driver’s signature, and contact us immediately before signing any additional paperwork. To minimize the risks of damage occurring during transport, Beeline and our carriers provide guidelines on how to prepare your vehicle for transport. Proper preparation can significantly reduce the likelihood of damage occurring. In case any damage does occur, be assured that every carrier is fully licensed and insured.
